1. Although real estate is considered an essential service in Florida, we made a determination to close our physical office in February, weeks before the official stay-at-home order was issued. While our physical office remains closed, our One Market realtors are ready to assist you via phone or virtually.
2. For all of our home listings, we will continue to utilize our HD video and 3D tour software. Even before social distancing, these tools have proven to be highly valuable and allow prospective buyers to view our homes for sale from the convenience of their own mobile device. 3. Even though open houses are suspended, we are offering live virtual home tours as an alternative option. Our One Market realtors are utilizing tools such as Facebook Live, FaceTime, and WhatsApp to showcase homes in real time for potential buyers, creating a truly interactive experience.
4. While we are doing our best to limit physical contact, we understand that in some circumstances it may be necessary to occupy the same space. Rest assured that our One Market realtors are following the latest CDC guidelines including wearing face masks, utilizing gloves where appropriate, frequently washing hands, and disinfecting any shared surfaces.
